Famous for its cuttleries, Laguiole, which is pronounced Layole also produces some cheese of the same name. The city is quite small and can be visited in 1 hour and a half. You'll find mostly cuttlery boutiques and restaurants where you'll find Laguiole cheese and beef of the Aubrac race.
